Visit Aryan Race of Ladakh
Duraton : 08 Nights / 09 Days Day 01. Arrive Leh
Upon arrival at Leh airport our representative will receive you and transfer you to the hotel for overnight. Full day for rest and acclimatization. Overnight at hotel in Leh.
Day 02. Indus Valley Sightseeing (visit Shey, Thiksay and Hemis)
After breakfast drive and visit the most popular monasteries lies in the Indus valley, visit Shey, Thiksey and Hemis monastery. Overnight at hotel in Leh.
Day 03: Leh To Dha Hanu (Arryan valley):
Morning after breakfast drive towards the western part of Ladakh called sham valley, drive to the Bheema, where the Drokpas or Aryan people live. They are Buddhist in name, but are culturally and racially different from the rest of the inhabitants of Ladakh. Overnight stay at deluxe camp in Beema.
Day 04: Aryan valley sightseeing (visit Dha, Hanu and Beema Villages and Drokpa people):
Morning after breakfast we will visit Dha, Hanu and Beema, three of the five villages inhabited by the Drokpa people. They are a small community of about 2,000 people whose features are pure Indo-Aryan, and they have preserved their racial purity down the centuries. Overnight stay at deluxe camp in Beema.
Day 05: Beema - Achinathang - Lamayuru:
Morning after breakfast we drive to Lamayuru the 11th century monastery build on a interesting landscapes. Lamayuru monastery was a Bon shrine prior to the advent of Buddhism. Also known as Yun Drung (Swastika) it is sighted on a high promontory overlooking the village and valley. For sheer spectacle value no other gompa can match. Overnight at the hotel in Lamayuru.
Day 06: Lamayuru - Alchi - Leh:
After breakfast we drive back to Leh visiting the most unique monastery in Ladakh visit Alchi Choskor build by great scholar Lotsawa Rinchen Zangpo in 11th century, the monastery is rich with interesting fresco paintings, further drive back to Leh and transfer to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 07: Leh – Pangong Lake:
Morning after breakfast drive towards Pangong lake via Changla, the landscapes are just amazing and obviously the picturesque, the lake is too big that 1/3 of the lake lies in India and rest lies in China. Overnight in deluxe camp at the bank of Pangong lake.
Day 08: Pangong Lake - Leh
Morning after breakfast drive back to Leh. Evening free for shopping and leisure, late evening there will be cultural program by the culture group of Ladakh. Overnight at hotel in Leh.
Day 09: Fly Leh - Delhi
Morning transfer to the airport to connect flight to Delhi and home.
