Leh Chilling Nyarak Village Chilling - Leh Chadar Trek
Duraton : 09 Nights / 10 Days Day 01: Delhi – Leh:
Fly Delhi to Leh and upon arrive at Leh airport you will be received by our representative & transferred to the hotel. Take full day rest at the hotel to acclimatize. Overnight Hotel in Leh.
Day 02: Indus Valley Sightseeing (visit Shey / Thiksey / Hemis and and Stok)
After breakfast drive for a full day sightseeing, visit Shey Palace, Thiksey monastery, Hemis monasterie and Stok Palace & Museum. Overnight Hotel in Leh.
Day 03: Drive Leh – Chilling - Tilatdo (3000 mtrs. / 2 hrs.) drive
After breakfast we will drive from Leh to chilling - tilatdo, once we reach tilatdo we will descend down to the camping site, where we camp just next to the frozen Zanskar River. Overnight camping.
Day 04: Trek Chilling - Tilatdo - Zaribago (3250 mtrs. / 5 hrs.)
After breakfast trek for half an hour till you reach Tilitdo from where your Chadar Trek will start till Zaribago(3250m). Experience the thrill as you walk on the Chader/Sheet of frozen river. Stay overnight in a tent.
Day 05: Trek Zaribago – Nyarak Village (3400 mtrs. / 9hrs)
After breakfast trek from Zaribago on the way you will come across number of caves. Start the trek to Deepyokma, after 4-5hrs reach Nyarak Pulu (3400m). Camp at an irrigation site or home stay at 1hr walk up along with a small stream you will reach a beautiful village called Nyarak. From here Singee-La will be visible, which is a summer trek pass. Stay overnight.
Day 06: Day at leisure in Nyarak Village(3400 mtrs.)
Day can be use to explore the beautiful Nyarak village and the surrounding villages for wildlife viewing. Overnight camping
Day 07: Trek Nayrak Village to Tibb Bago (3300mtrs. / 6 hrs.)
After breakfast start the return journey and walk back to the Tibb cave. And if you thought that it was just a matter of retracing your steps back to Chilling, you can think again. The Zanskar River reacts to the slightest change of temperature, and constantly keeps repackaging itself. Overnight camping.
Day 08: Trek Tibb Bago - Tilatdo – Chiling and drive to Leh (5 hrs. walk and 2 hrs. drive)
Today is the last day of the trek on the frozen river. So we will make sure that you enjoy the pristine beauty of the nature properly. Once we reach Tilad do. Our cars will be ready to pick us up and drive back to Leh. Overnight hotel in Leh.
Day 09: At Leh
At Leh - rest day and reserve day in case of bad weather.
Day 10: Leh – Delhi
Early morning after havging morning tea / coffee you will be transferred to the Kushok Bagul Leh airport from where you’ll board the flight to Delhi. (End of our services)
